The service is supplied “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. No promise is made that a page is accurate, complete or current, or that a linked portal will function or produce a correct result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including a decision based on a record reached through it.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that results from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The site’s original wording, design, logo and layout are protected by copyright. Links and brief attributed quotations are welcome, but republishing complete pages or copying the material systematically is not permitted.

10. Restricting Access
Access may be blocked or limited for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service, at the operators’ discretion and without advance notice.
